After completing his residency in Ophthalmology at “Gregorio Marañón” University’s General Hospital and the Ophthalmic Institute in Madrid (Spain) from 1997 to 2001 he became Specialist in Ophthalmology.
Julio Ortega-Usobiaga was graduated as MD by the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain) in 1995 and achieved his PhD in Medicine and Surgery in 2001 at the same University with honour mention.
